If you know the basic rules of estate planning, you may be able to save money in estate taxes. Mr. Henkels will discuss some entities that are available for planning, including Family Limited Partnerships, Charitable Remainder Trusts and the “Plain Vanilla" Trust. The new proposals by the current administration and Congress concerning this area will be reviewed.
