The 38th annual Art Rooney Awards held at Westin Convention Center

Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward and "Dancing With the Stars" partner Kym Johnson (wearing a Tiffany's bracelet with the Steelers logo) added sparkle to the 38th annual Art Rooney Awards Thursday at the Westin Convention Center Hotel.

Joining Mr. Ward as honorees were Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank co-founder Joyce Rothermel, New Pittsburgh Courier publisher Rod Doss, Pirates legend Bill Mazeroski and his latter-day counterpart, Neil Walker, as well as the Nick Cardello Youth and Senior Award winners, Andrew Czachowski and Irene Weber.

"It's a big night and a huge honor," said Mr. Ward. "What a great way to bring Kym to the city of Pittsburgh and introduce her to the Steelers Nation." The evening was a benefit for the Catholic Youth Association.
