Job Title: Administrative Assistant and Receptionist

Position Summary

Responsible for all reception, office and membership administration and organizational support, as well as other duties that may be assigned from time to time, as a critical part of the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership Team. General Skills

  • Good oral and written skills necessary to communicate effectively
  • Computer proficiency with Word.   Access and Excel preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Ability to work under the direction of different individuals
  • Must be organized and results oriented.

Education and Experience

High school graduate with previous experience as an office receptionist/administrative assistant, or working with the general public.

Working conditions

Provide administrative support to the PDP staff, eam oriented, professional, open area office environment.

8:00-5:00 daily with a one hour lunch period.

Compensation

$30,000 to $35,000
