The Airport Corridor Transportation Association hosted its Annual Meeting and Transportation Awards Luncheon on February 3, 2010.
At the February 3 luncheon, ACTA presented awards to members of the private and public sector who have been leaders in improving mobility for people living and working in the Airport Corridor. The awards included Exemplary Achievement in Planning; Outstanding ACTA Member; Improving Mobility; Improving Job Access and Supporting ACTA Initiatives. The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership TMA was presented with the Community Partner award.
ACTA (www.acta-pgh.org) is a nonprofit membership-based organization that works to increase travel options and foster responsible economic development in the fast-growing Airport Corridor.
ACTA’s members include area businesses, developers, building owners, stores, schools, hotels, local governments, and public entities.
