The Pittsburgh region’s never-booms-never-busts economy will continue to eke out modest gains, the national and global economy show positive signs for a “half-speed” recovery, and the commercial real estate industry nationwide has yet to hit bottom.
Those were some of the basic assessments provided at the Commercial Real Estate Forecast breakfast held Tuesday morning at the Duquesne Club by the Pittsburgh office of Grubb & Ellis.
