Pittsburgh Business Times: Pittsburgh outdoor cafe program to expand

The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership is launching a new round of Paris to Pittsburgh facade improvement grants, expanding the program to include not just restaurants but retailers and other street-level businesses.

The funding support for the program comes from the Colcom Foundation, which has awarded the PDP a $350,000 grant for the Paris to Pittsburgh program.
