PITTSBURGH, PA — Both familiar faces to the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership (PDP) in 2007, Sean C. Luther and Kathleen Zawrotniak will take on new, permanent positions with the PDP in 2008.
Sean C. Luther will serve as Economic Development Specialist. His responsibilities will include the day-to-day administration of strategies and action items to promote the retention, expansion and recruitment of business throughout the greater Downtown area, focusing on retail, office, high-tech, residential and special projects. Prior to joining the PDP, Sean was a principle at S.C.P. Luther Holdings, LLC, where he directed the firm’s real estate development, consulting, and market analysis efforts in Pittsburgh and South Carolina.
Kathleen Zawrotniak has been named Program and Events Manager. She'll be responsible for the day-to-day programming and operations of Market Square and ongoing event planning for the annual series of events. Prior to joining the PDP, Kathleen held positions with Gateway to the Arts and Opera Festival of New Jersey.
