Three Rivers Arts Festival Street Closures

Be Downtown to enjoy the 51st annual Three Rivers Arts Festival, offering more than 100 programs for guests to explore, from hands-on activities to performances by nationally-recognized performers. The festival begins on June 4 and will continue through June 13.

The road closures associated with the festival can be found below:

Two lanes of Commonwealth Place between Penn Avenue Extension and Ft. Duquesne Boulevard, adjacent to Point State Park, will be closed from 10am on June 1 through 10pm on June 16. Traffic will continue to flow in both directions.

During Artists Market loading times, which are 6pm – 12am on Thursday, June 3, and 8pm – 12am on Sunday, June 6, Tuesday, June 8, Thursday, June 10 and Sunday, June 13, please note the following closures:
• Two lanes of Penn Avenue Extension outbound will be between Stanwix Street and Commonwealth Place.
• All lanes of Liberty Avenue Extension inbound from the entrance to Gateway Center Parking Garage to the Port Authority construction site.
• Parking meters along Commonwealth Place between Ft. Pitt Boulevard and Boulevard of the Allies.

All of the above closure are in addition to street closures for Port Authority construction, Pittsburgh Pirates games, Pride in the Streets and PrideFest.
