The glass encasing the new Larrimor's store isn't just for window-shopping.
Those see-through panes allow passers-by to catch a glimpse of fine fashion before even stepping into the shop's spacious new home.
Once inside, a shopper will experience, as customers have for the past seven decades, one of Pittsburgh's premier men's and women's clothiers. Having moved a few blocks from its location in the Union Trust Building, the new digs are in One PNC Plaza.
The store boasts wide aisles with 10,000-square feet of selling space within its 13,000 square feet. Included is a lounge with a television and refreshments. Quality lines for men list Zegna, Isaia, Oxxford, Hickey Freeman, Brioni and Canali. For women, you'll find Etro, Ports 1961, Burberry, Zanella, and Piazza Sempione.
Trunk shows are planned over the next few month.
