Tribune-Review: Light Up Night Riders Could Wait

Port Authority of Allegheny County officials fear some union employees could disrupt bus and T service Friday by not accepting extra shifts on Light Up Night. The transit agency said Monday a disruption would limit the number of T fare collectors it could staff and it might eliminate bus service to handle anticipated large crowds that attempt to ride the inclines.
