Tribune-Review: Pittsburgh's Downtown office vacancy rate steady at 16.8 percent

Downtown Pittsburgh's office market remained stable during the first quarter of 2009, with a vacancy rate of 16.8 percent, compared to 16.7 percent at the end of 2008, according to a report released Tuesday.

The overall Pittsburgh office market took a slight hit with the vacancy rate reaching 15.9 percent, up from 15.4 percent, said Grubb & Ellis/Pittsburgh.
